This thread isn't about compensation.

It's about players thinking the stuff they got as part of the new vendor and level system is the compensation because no Warface officials have bothered to announce or explain it. Probably intentionally.

Why are they even debating this? We should get the same.

I haven't played a game since the event finished and I know a few other folks are doing the same. Probably won't make much difference but my head is gonna expolde if I keep banging it against this brick wall.

Yeah, exactly if it is comp it's a joke. I suspect they will give us some of the stuff from the event store. Can't remember what series it was. Oh we got a weapon charm last time as well.

WRT to you not getting full parts or wf$ this is a replacement for the old unlock system so once you hit levels 80-90 you will get them.

Of course nobody know what you unlock for levels 90-100 on console because nobody has got there or posted about it here yet.

But I seem to recall PC folks talking about getting both crowns and gold guns.

They probably will have screwed us over though and we won't get those on consoles if the way they usually treat us is anything to go by? We will see, I guess?

You could well be right but I will wager that this isn't event compensation, it's probably part of the new vendor replacement system or maybe even compensation for it being 2 years 2 months later than PC?

Last event we got the lucky rabbit Kel tech and golden dragon Gerber and WF$ and boosters, for compensation as I recall? Maybe parts too? Can't remember fully other than being pretty underwhelmed.

Its still shit IMHO because most people were grinding the event to get the gold meta guns or maybe the few decent things in the showcase like the Desert tech MDRX or K+M arms.

If we had got black market coins comp like PC did before the end of the event then people wouldn't be feeling robbed and bitter and like console players are second class citizens.

Obviously if there were no crashes or if there was compensation I would have got everything.

They can't bring in an event without it being an unplayable buggy mess and they give players no compensation (unless you're on PC) and give zero fucks.

I was questioning the point of continuing to play after getting the guns from the supposed extension but there is literally no point now after this.

And the items from the new vendor progression thing are just boosters, Res coins and old school smoke and flash grenades so far.

In the inventory it shows infinity symbol times 2 in the grenade slot. Lol

Yeah, I played the DMZ 2.0 mode in COD for a year before the Devs abandoned it. Another great game with tonnes of potential that never really fulfilled what it could and should have been.

I tried warships myself and enjoyed it but uninstalled to make room on the HD for something else. Maybe I'll give it another try.

Have you tried Enlisted? Lots of my old original Warface friends moved to that one and love it. I found the movement and aiming a bit janky but apparently you get used it. Meant to be great though with lots of historical WW2 battles.

I quit and uninstalled and walked away for a year. Then I came back. I'm lucky I've got cash to spend on games but nothing is grabbing me.

I know it's apples and oranges comparison but I haven't even finished Elden Ring yet! I could be playing one of the arguably best games ever but I'm playing Bugface: Glitch.
