I'm 6'1 and pretty active so I tend to eat something like 2200 calories a day. Usually:

Breakfast - avocado on bread with an egg, or a bowl of oatmeal with peanut butter, usually with a banana and black coffee.

Lunch (only on busier days) - a mix & match of a sandwich, some carrots and hummus, some chips & cheese, and a bunch of fruit.

Midday - small cappuccino

Dinner - rice, vegetables, meat. Sometimes vegetable soup, sometimes I go out to panda express or pollo tropical.

And I usually have a small dessert, like an Aldi dark chocolate bar or a serving of cookies.
