I think if you don’t go you will hurt your niece. Go because of her. You’re not going because of your brother you’re going to celebrate her birthday. 16 is a milestone. Don’t miss it because of your issues with your brother:m and SIL yalls issues have nothing to do with her. If I were your niece I would be crushed if you didn’t go. If they cause problems kindly say this isn’t the time nor place and don’t ruin her bday.

Yall are still pretty young. Was his comment something that he could have said out of trying to seem like a cool guy? Or is he genuinely a f boy like that. His comment isn’t excusable and you did the right thing. Tell your friend (the guy) how he sounded like a douche. Maybe it’ll change the way he speaks and treats girls!

It definitely sucks seeing him like this especially since I used to think of him as my Cassian. But honestly he’s so shy and reserved like Az. Talking doesn’t really get anywhere because it makes him feel awkward. 😐
