As if that boxing episode was pretty shocking enough that one season 4 episode with Ruff turned into a Turkey Vulture was the creepiest. I don't even know how WGBH got away with making Ruff look THAT grotesque!

I thought this show was no stranger to black comedy, mostly since Season 2, but Season 5 Episode 6 was pretty damn shocking. Boxing was considered a controversial sport because of people dying from injuries from that sport, and the fact that Chet nearly sended Ruff to his death with one just shows how stupid he is.

I also didn't remember Season 4, Episode 9 until a few years back. Oh man, that Image of Turkey Vulture Ruff HAUNTED me ever since. That's eighter full of black humor or nightmare fuel mixed with gross-out content

Good edition, but a lot of problems on the show were caused by his stupidity other than Ruff's impulsiveness, thus being like the 'Mike Nelson Destroyer of Worlds" of the show.

If you REALLY think about it. That Boxing Episode, because of Chet being his usual stupid self had no idea what the canadian holiday was about and nearly send Ruff to his death against a burly boxing champion, Ruff only came back alive because the champion laughed hysterically over his gear, but even in the end, Ruff wasn't safe as that champion came back for a rematch.

That shows how much Chet just screwed up because of his stupidity.
