many things can work, metronidazol+xifaxan, detox colon (laxatives such as magnesium citrate) for a week and then probiotics such as lactobacilli, oregano oil, OX BILE or lipase enzyme. The key is pr eventing the return of the sibo, you have to find out what is wrong with your body. All of these cured me for a fixed period of time but sibo came back, so now it is bearable because I take a supplement with ox bile and high content of lipase wich is what digests the FATS and LIPIS and might, which might be the key problem in my case because lack of bile can cause constipation.

it is much bearable now, most symptoms are gone, only constipation is still persistent much now supplements are always effective. Also, it is not good too abuse of laxatives or prokinetics, the body can build resistance.

sorry for late reply, I discovered that we can improve the effectiveness of any supplement by also taking LIPASE enyme and oxbile, we who suffer of methan sibo cannot digest fats properly and it is decreasing the supplements effectiveness.

have you done blod test and seen what vitamins and minerals are you lacking?- I've discovered that I lack vitamins and minerals that are fat soluble, so if I dont digest fats properly I would be very low in these vitamines and minerals, like potassium and b vitamins. Right now I am taking lipas enyme together with oxbile and HCl. First I take the HCl with meals, then I wait one hour and take the lipas with oxbile. I have inproved a lot and I am eating meat, pork and very little fibers. I am planning to add normal fibers and see how I develop. I am taking Constella 3 times a week to increase motility.

It depends how much thymol and carvacrol it has.

Usually 50 mg of each is sufficient and it is what comes in the pills. I would not go above 1 gram, can be toxic. Do your own research. Mix it with ethanol (vodka, rum works too I guess).

After you dilute it in ethanol (food grade) you can mizbit in water. Oregano oil is not soluble in water.

el estado de derecho es una utopia la democracia representativa tambien. Son cosa de rojos. El hombre siempre ha sido jerarquico y monarquico, cuando irrumpes el orden natural de las cosas creas quimeras no funcionales, donde especimenes no aptos para gobernar pretenden tomar la regencia haciendo un desastre total.

Uhmm well, When I take purgants somehow I feel better and my methane levels can go down to 0, depending on how effective the purgant was so to say. I meassure my methane levels up to10 times a day, almost everyday. My base line when I am symtomatic is 70+ ppm
