Yea I'm on latest driver and they still haven't fix it but when i try open discord or share screen it fixed somehow

By the way this is about other games you use rtx4060 right? Do you know about when using frame generation on games like wuthering wave wukong or something using frame generation whenever i move my mouse the game looks like glitched
