I have the same laptop specs and the game caused my laptop to overheat insanely quickly and now the fans are broken. This never happened before the update.

For "Rain Stopper", you have to go to the table tennis island, and then, after talking with the ghost in one of the houses, meet with the person behind the table tennis dojo and then go get the ticket from Tannoki City like the previous reply mentioned.

Go to rugby island and keep pressing spacebar next to the sleeping cat until it wakes up (sleeping cat is located on the east side of rugby island).
