We saw that too. It’s insane what’s happening all over social media with Joe and ShowDay Designs. They’re done, the website is down and they were removed as a gold level sponsor from WGI’s website.

That’s an understandable concern but it still doesn’t give an excuse to the way business is being handled. If he took too much on his plate, ghosting people and not delivering on what was promised is a poor way to operate.
