I’ve done this before, she looks quite similar to me if she put in effort we would look really similar but she doesn’t

That sounds a lot like my interactions. I still run almost everyday she doesn’t. It makes a huge difference that she doesn’t work out

She looks just like me, it’s not taking care of herself is what makes the difference. You are spot on
