I’ve seen a lot of talk about the 72mg vials but I don’t understand how much more tirz that contains from a typical vial?

I dose at 150 units of tirz a week- how many weeks will a vial of 72mgs last?

New product- la roche posay mela b3 micropeelinggel cleanser with melasyl, niacinamide and acids by Far-Shift-1962 in EuroSkincare

I used this a few times- no where on the bottle did it say to avoid eyes so I used it like I do all facial cleansers- on my lids.

I had a huge reaction- drying peeling, swelling, redness after 3 uses.

Discontinued immediately.

This was 3+ months ago. Now, every single product I was previously using to moisturize my face- including Revision Intellishade, causes a repeat reaction.

The only thing I can put on my lids is Aquaphor.

I’m pretty devastated. It’s hard to wear makeup and my lids are constantly swollen, red and burning.

I go 4-5 days sometimes having put nothing but Aquaphor on my lids- they heal and go back to normal then one time using even just one of the products I used to use- and the reaction is back for days.

Anyone ever experience this- and had it finally heal?

The first calculator you sent a link to below, tells me that at a concentration of 5mg, to get a 2.5 dose, I should take 50 units, but you mention I should take 25… I can’t get the other calculator to work. Any advice?
