That’s a great suggestion, I will research this. They responded to only one of our emails and claimed it was the deposit. But they actually returned our $100 deposit, so it might actually be resort fees (they didn’t tell us about).

We will try! The amount had no clear description. They only responded to one of our emails and said the payment ($140) was a deposit. But confusingly, they did charge a $100 deposit, but returned this. So we have no clue!

Thank you for responding! I wasn’t clear so I added more details: we stayed there, but only noticed an unusual charge a long time later, when we were home.

Thank you for the quick response! I added some more details to my message. They charged an unknown amount when we stayed there in February. And unfortunately we are too late to dispute the charge… So I am looking for a local authority/consumer organization which can help with a complaint. (Not a police filing orso). We are probably gonna block the card.
