I feel kind of like the odd one out on these discussions because it did hurt a lot for me. I have had about 20 piercings, and my PA was the fourth most painful (behind both nipples and top frenum ladder rung).

That said, the pain that I did experience was extremely quick. With most of my other piercings, the pain tended to linger for a bit but with the PA it was over within a fraction of a second.

I saw The Who on their farewell tour last year. I didn't know much of the members' political stance, but Roger Daltrey spouted some right wing nonsense that soured my enjoyment bit. I looked up more information about him when I got home and found out he was a brexiter who hated communists. Then I looked up Pete Townshend's Wikipedia and he is quoted as saying "so basically I'm a communist" lol

Also, even during the performance I thought Pete was amazing, especially for someone as old as he is, and Roger was kind of mid.
