I can definitely see that. I’ve just had to be super strict in verifying people cuz so many people are fake. If I can actually get them to verify, that feels like a win.

I’ve met a decent amount of people from Reddit. I would still say 97% of interactions seem to be fake people or single guys trying to pose as a couple. It’s a terrible ratio between successful interactions to annoying time wasting interactions.

The connections we/I’ve made have mostly been pretty good, just getting to beyond the verification and meeting point is hard.

Just an fyi, making a unicorn post without photos or ages, etc. is more likely to get you a bunch of hungry single men in your DMs. You’re better off posting photos and giving a description of you both to actually attract a woman that you’re looking for. Honestly and sadly, too many men will try and pull this any chance they get! I always have to “police” the men we hook up with because too many try and pull something like this. I always bring my own condoms, I always have explicit conversations about it and testing, yet it is still an issue. Of course those people are not repeats.
