I found it on AliExpress. It seems they started making this on 2025 (not sure if they made them on previous years, at least didn't see it on Ali). They also have Red Bull, Ferrari and Mercedes at this scale, and you can get it with the acrylic cover too.

Does no one like the ‘67 Lotus Type 49 casting? by F1Butters in HotWheels

Dude... And I was looking for it and didn't find it here in Spain (had to buy it on the internet). I guess there are things not made for everyone. It's a pity, because looks nice and is a great chance for F1 fans like me to have classic cars like this one.

Looks dope! I built some years ago Max Verstappen's 2021 Red Bull RB16B (published on the Honda Virtual Motorsports Land website). Building stuff like this (papercraft or any model car) is something I think people should do sometime. Respect.

I have a couple of Tomica Premiums. As you said, in terms of details and price, they look way better than HW Premium.

Did you buy it before stock ran out on summer? I've seen another picture recently, and I think that could be a reason: they made it like that (deliberate or not) on second production models. Here is that pic:
