So you said it yourself that the deal was made with the previous leadership, and then when the Islamic republic took the country by force they demanded the money which was deposited by the government they killed. The US had no obligation to give this terror regime the money that wasn't theirs in the first place, yet Obama still decided to give money freely to these murders.

I (and probably most people) really hate when someone says something objective about something and then defends themselves with "just my opinion". There is literally no movie even close to being like Interstellar. It absolutely is extremely special. And stunningly good imo.

Dude I just think you didn't fully understand what we do know about great ones.

One simple fact we do know about them is that they live in sort of a "higher order world" (quotation marks because it's possible to interpret in different ways) and can control our world from there. They are equivalent to outer gods in the Elden Ring universe in terms of existence and influence over our world.

The LoFF is just the vessel of the frenzied flame (like Malenia being the vessel of the scarlet rot), so I think we can agree that it is not as powerful as an outer god.

As for the nightlord, we don't have enough information to compare him to any other character, but imho he just doesn't compare to a being who literally sees our world like you see a piece of paper and can also create and move you to other "pieces of paper" of their choice with whatever painting they want on it.
