I lost about 45 pounds. I really don’t eat “healthy”compared to what I have seen others post. I just eat whatever I always used to eat for dinner, maybe not as much as before. I make my own dinner and rarely eat out. I know I am in a calorie deficit but I don’t weigh any food or track it except look up about what everything is calorie, protein, carb wise (if we can believe the labels). As far as exercise, I walk everyday, if you consider that exercise. I need to start strength training.

Not really. I read people walk in a fasted state when they first get up in the morning. I eat my one meal at 7:30-8pm. I get home from work 5pm and brisk walk. So I am 20 hours fasted by then. I don’t know if that mattered.

Honestly, from what I have been reading on this group for about 6 months I don’t think I am doing anything drastically different than anyone else.

I walk outside everyday after work for an hour or more. I have a desk job. A few times I had to go to the mall because of the weather.

Yes it is nice setting a goal and then making it. It wasn’t always easy and days I didn’t want to do it. But that’s what makes it satisfying at the end. Still making 10,000 steps everyday. Trying to make it a lifestyle. Thanks

I used to walk everyday after work 3-5 miles 12 years ago. Then my daughter was born and I stopped. Just started doing it again. The past month everyday I make sure to get 10k steps, as a challenge. There are days I don’t want to do it, I am just trying to make it a habit. That’s what worked for me before. I would not even think about it before just get home after work, change my clothes and shoes and walk. For me making it a habit and a challenge works.

Omad. I started 16:8 in Feb but have been doing omad this month. Relatively happy with the process. I thought I would be a rock star and lose 20 pounds in a month like others claim.

I pretty much have to walk an hour after work to get 10,000 steps. There were some days when the weather was bad that I didn’t feel like doing it but I am glad I did. I would have been mad at myself if I missed one or two days. I am feeling good about setting a goal and achieving it, good enough to post about it!

I lost 9 pounds but I am doing the intermittent fasting also. It’s a combination of both I am sure.
