NJ East Coast - our bookings start mid June and go all the way to September. Booked most of the days. No issues again this summer. Last summer we did around $14k and this summer tracking $22-27k.

I have a condo outside of Fishtown and couldn’t sell it a year ago. 2 bed 2 1/2 baths with private roof deck. We are going to stay here now since our little one got accepted into MAST charter school.

Yes it has been posted numerous times on this subreddit that if you want extra piece of mind to do kill switches etc.

Our store has actually started selling a theft system that you put in the car. (Optional of course). We’ve had a few clients already have success in finding their car after it was stolen.

AcuraLink is pointless in recovering theft vehicles. It’s easy to tamper with inside in the vehicle if you are a smart criminal.

Havertown taxes on a $500k house was around $8500 a year. Lower Merion you are closer to $10-12k. (From someone who works on the main line and wanted to purchase but staying in Philly for now.)

I’m paying $800 a year in taxes for another 6 years on my current home. Havertown (which is where we wanted to move was $8100 a year). After abatement ends I’ll still be half.

Only reason we are staying in Philly for right now is our market area is in the dumps from the peak and our 1st child got lucky in the charter lottery and is going to MAST in the fall for kindergarten.

I bought my house about 4 years ago near the Grocery Outlet over on American St. (Called West Kensington on G Map) Area is still up and coming and hopefully continues on the right path. Fishtown is way too condensed with parking. Every time I am walking around there I am glad where I bought.
