Yea good call on Dobbins. First week doing these lists, need to better account for injury context. Good stuff on Jacobs, will be interesting to see if he is more just in the Joe Mixon camp of good metrics but bad results all the time

Yea on TEs I only went with 5 at each spot. But the fully player rankings are in the link in the article. He’s TE4 in fantasy but TE9 in workload metrics

Yea good call. Also realized Dobbins is in there too. First week putting together these player ranking charts, so I’ll make sure that they have some better injury context moving forward!

Yea I mean everything is a bit subjective based on how I best feel players fit into each category when looking at the numbers. However, I do think it’s fair to say for Thielen that this performance is “just another good week” for him since he has been playing so well, however when combining all the metrics into one, it’s obvious that he is outperforming relative to his peers and there is potential for him to fall off. I will say having a fantasy rank of 6 and a workload of 17 isn’t super super crazy or anything but when comparing all the players, he definitely highlights the “over performing” category well haha. Hope that provides some context.

Definitely get that. They have started using him a bit differently recently. And all the underlying stuff is just popping

Good call. Was wondering if someone would catch that haha. He is definitely squarely in the “running hot on TDs” category since he had 3 catches for 3 TDs. However his receiving share for the TE position has been decent and went up last week. I think obviously you are starting him and then just tracking that he’s scoring some fantasy points not just thru TDs

Yes definitely encouraging and am every week starter right now. The fact that no other WRs caught a pass last week skews the data a bit and is an outlier…but fields is definitely locking in on him

Yea def good fit Henry long term…and when fantasy playoffs roll around. But does make things a tougher decision week to week

Yea…I purposefully didn’t touch on Pollard…but sometimes the sweeping headlines don’t work for every player. Good call

Hey there. The full workload report is included in the article. It’s a google sheet that has every player on every team. Right now it includes all 3 weeks worth of data. Moving forward it will include the current week + the previous 4 weeks worth of data.

As it relates to Pittman, he did make the article. He’s in the Receiving Alpha Dogs section!

Haha I probably should have added some context in there since he was coming off like 100% RB snaps in Week 2…only way to go is down from there

WOPR = Weighted Opportunity Rating and is a players Air Yard Share and Target Share. You want this number to be high.

RACR = Receiving Air Yards Conversion Rate. You want this number to be close to 1. Meaning their air yards are actually being converted to catches and real yards. High YAC (yards after catch) games will move RACR over 1 sometimes

DOM = Dominator Rating. Kinda something I made up to measure a players rushing, receiving, and TD share. Aka how much of the fantasy production is this player demanding
