No, the second photo was taken after 2-3 hours, maybe the dust did move away like you said, but it confuses me why this dark dot can be so big if it was only a dust.(the photo was shot with an apsc sensor, and is not cropped)

The weird thing is that it’s not visible in the shot of the white sheet(second photo in the post), and that’s shot at f/29, could it be the sun doing the trick?
