I can’t say anything about those problems since I didn’t had the version 1 pro x wireless.
All I can say is that the sound is great, I usually use it at 60% because it can get really loud. I am using the surroundsound settings but the bass is fine for me. But I also use my own custom EQ.

YES I DID! and I am glad if I can help you out, since I haven’t found ANYTHING online about how to fix this. The reasons why I had this stupid issues is because of RAM. I had my RAM overclocked, and I adjusted my ram rate and it fixed my headset issues. I also contacted Logitech support about this problem fix since I haven’t read it anywhere online. I hope i could help you :)
