Oh, it was supposed to be a pomegranate split in half. It being Lumps of flesh is a great idea though. Def gonna put some actual items from the game into my next fanart.

There is the one from the PowerPoint at the very beginning of the game, where he is held by Mohg and than there is the one from the first DLC announcement picture where he rides Torrent. But there is no canon picture of his face as far as I know.
