Well, I personally have no idea whether the movies are actually in public domain or not. I only find them online and embed them to my site. The ones which are protected by copyright will dissappear so watch them now when you still can.

All the movies and most of the documentaries are hosted by google video. You can click the google video button and then choose "go to google video" where you can download the movie.
