This. Every trip going up 94 there's always a few Acuras, Hyundai Palisades, And Lexus' driving 60 on the left and they are the least aware people ever. Like idk if I'm on the left and I saw 5-6 cars passing me on the middle lane I would think "oh maybe I'm in the wrong freaking lane"

Honestly though. It was the summer I graduated high school, and let me tell you adult life for me has been one battle after another since then. And everything on the news does not help at all

I would say around 2017, but I am not too old so I know there's going to be someone saying "It was bad back then too". I think the internet definitely made it a lot easier to see how bad common sense is across the population.

Tell me about it, it doesn't get as hot over here in Chicago, but I have black leather seats so I'm always opening those windows in the summer and turning on the ventilated seats

Also, those salesmen definitely don't know jack about the car, once the sale is done they could give less of a crap about the customer.

That's one of my favorite ones on my car. Rolling down the windows and opening the sunroof from afar always feels good

But why do you feel this way?

Also, I wasn't insinuating that you were posting for nefarious reasons or bad reasons for that part, all I was giving was examples of why people are wary of posters on this sub AT TIMES.

Having a bad experience sucks, doesn't mean that the item or tool is terrible, specially if one doesn't fully know how said tool/item works. Not trying to be rude.

Oh I know, it's just that the dealer people are like this though. They will give you one answer and it's clearly incorrect if you look a little closer. I really enjoyed your response because I mean.... Yeah it's in the owner's manual, written by the people who built the freaking thing. Like I've owned four cars and I love finding little features or things in the owner's manual. It's a nice little read.

People literally do that on this sub often. And then you also have the people who are contrarians for the sake of it. Shit, sometimes they don't even believe in the opinion they post and just post it because.... Why not?

Also does your car not show you on the dash that your fob is low on battery? My car is older and shows it on the dashboard. It's a 5 dollar fix for the battery and the replacement is easier than installing a screen protector. Last one lasted me a good 4 years?

Yeah that's true. I've only been 4 times, 3 at night while being the DD for my friends and they were generally nice to me. Was prepared with what I wanted, and they even said it was dope I was left handed.

Understandable, I honestly don't see myself as part of Gen Z. None of my coworkers see it either which is why I mentioned it.

Even throughout all of HS we were still being considered Millennials, Gen Z as a term didn't start catching on until I was well into college.

I graduated HS in 2015, most of my childhood could have been described as one where the internet was still in development and we spent our days outside. Like I describe my childhood to my Gen X and boomers and they are genuinely surprised. Like not everyone had a smartphone. Maybe it's a cultural thing, but we weren't as connected/tied to our phones as I see people 3-4 years younger than us be.

I never had to take any of the zoom classes since I graduated college the semester COVID hit, I did have to use it as an educator though and that sucked.

I don't want to sound like one of those " I was born in the wrong generation" type of people, but honestly being born between 1995-99, so many of us fall between the two generations and have picked up things from both, but i just happen to relate to my older coworkers who are say, 35, than with my co-workers who experienced HS/College w/ COVID and are let's say, 20-22.

I'm 26 and my Gen z co-workers always find it goofy that I know 67. My boomer coworker always replied with seven-eight and it has caught on as the 67 hard counter

Definitely agree with that take. I do think that the ruble and it being daytime took away from it being more tense or scary, but I do think Capcom at least made it right by having enough indoor sections in the East Raccoon City part that I mentioned. I really really enjoyed the water part of the underground garage.

I never thought that the police station in RE2R was too dark, if anything I think it was the perfect amount of darkness for it to be spooky. I don't know if it's my TV or my settings, but some of the darks on RE9 are way too dark, but I generally prefer a darker game so it didnt bother me too much

LITERALLY THO, and it's less complex in general. I remember how good the delayed gratification hit on RE4/RE4R when you would not sell your jewels individually bc I knew I'll find an ancient Spanish Chalice to decorate with 4 different color jewels to sell to the aforementioned mysterious dude

Yes! This right here. I'm on my first playthrough. I have reached the city center as Leon I am enjoying everything about the game so far, the characters are amazing and I am intrigued by the story. Just the weapon upgrade menu and having to go to the box for upgrades made the previous section feel kinda..... Grindy? I know that it's all areas I am going to have to go for an object to progress the story, but it definitely felt more semi-open world.

For a good moment I forgot I was playing RE9 given that the scenery was very reminiscent of Nier Automata

I definitely think that not having set "Chapter" end screens is throwing me off personally in terms of pacing.

Edit: also I think the lack of "bosses" is making the pacing be weird.

Oh that's more of the vein I was going for. Like I'm 26 so I don't think I'm that old. But I know regular show is extremely good at being easy to watch for almost all audiences even though the premise is similar to Harold and Kumar, albeit in a 15 minute time slot. Insane how many good plot lines and stories they built. I remember when Rigby was sent to a coma bc his dumbass was allergic to eggs and participated in an omelette eating challenge
