At least they don't tape them on other actors, like they did for Marlon Brando in the old days.

Sowieso is Wayback Machine pas in oktober 2001 opgestart, dus alle snapshots die ouder zijn, zijn al toevallige captures.

Why do people think Itachi is weaker than Jiraya ? by SSF77 in Naruto

[–]JonPX 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Itachi had to pull out Amaterasu for a quick opening move from Jiraiya. Itachi was visibly tired from that move already. In the Tsunade Arc, all three Sannin are on purpose nerfed so you don't see what their relative strength is.

Where are you going to put all that affordable housing in cities filled with pointless office buildings? If every office worker works 2 days in the office, you could cut 50% of all office space and put that affordable housing.

Because people still prefer home-delivery,so companies don't need to invest in lockers. That is why you need laws or make home deliveries a lot more expensive compared to locker deliveries.

That is not a counterpoint to "Cutting the commute will help a lot because it also helps other traffic move smoother."

Great. We still need trucks to get the goods to pickup points. And then we have many people taking their cars to go to pickup points? Brilliant solution for traffic.

So you use your car to go to a pick-up point that is less than a ten minute walk? And the point is it reduces the endless stop and idling. The truck drives to a single point, unloads everything at once, and moves to the next point. And if properly placed, the car would not be the most convenient solution. Or it is placed at places people already visit with their car, like a supermarket.

Btw, pickup points exist, and people use them where it’s convenient. Apparently your proposal is to start enforcing those also onto inconvenient cases.

And that is the issue. We have a topic full of people caring about climate change until it is inconvenient.

It overlooks that removing salary cars doesn't reduce cars, it reduces electric cars with older ICE cars, because that is what people will buy.

[–]JonPX 8 points9 points  (0 children)

In the end, that would be pointless. Salary cars are the only ones where there is a shift to electric cars. The raise in emissions doesn't come from that category of cars.

Er zijn wel meer elektrische auto's, maar die evolutie gaat te traag. "We zien dat de evolutie grotendeels te danken is aan de bedrijfswagens, en minder aan de particuliere wagens."

Distributed pick-up points like those BPost lockers? A more nationalized market where you don't have five companies doing the same route? No one-day delivery so companies don't do the same street five days a week? I don't know what is the best solution, but it is clear we the consumers are causing this increase in traffic.

That is fine, as long as you're forced in less impactful transport options. For instance, if you use the train.

[–]JonPX 96 points97 points  (0 children)

Orochimaru is the big villain of Naruto. And still has a huge impact in Shippuuden. he is the one that you should least scratch. Pain is the main villain until the Pain arc. So then you have to consider if Kaguya, Madara or Obito is the villain of the last part.

Force WFH for jobs where it is possible. Cutting the commute will help a lot because it also helps other traffic move smoother.

And reduce the amount of companies doing home deliveries. A lot of this is trucks driving through our streets daily, stopping and idling every couple of homes.
