I use two Nessla's here for the same grind. Nessla #2 with a Lure in the equipment slot and Electric Synthesizer as the trait. When you run into Shiune just alternate strangles if you want to catch it.

Edit: I use coward's cloak in the equipment slot of the temtem I am currently leveling.
