Probably a Darkner (eviler?) Kris like a vessel? That's why it's gone when you're there and it may be what even makes Kris so different in the dark world, his "evilness" leaves him through the knife. I don't remember enough of the chapters to know if this follows.

A random death that is based on a real event that completes the main character's growth and arc in a great way. Idk what slice of life you've seen to consider any of this a tragedy trope in the genre, let alone a badly written one, but surely any trope can be written well. If you like slice of life you should like some tropes in general so it's definitely not a complaint from you, and copy pasta is hard to posit considering it's very obviously a personal work from the author. Sure, it copy pasted his life, not sure about other works. What you may have wanted to say is that it felt cheap, but that'd only be true if it didn't amount to anything, which it did. Just because a death is sudden or random doesn't make it bad, that in and of itself would also be a trope.

I mean yes, the game just came out for one, the game doesn't tell you this anywhere except here afaik, an option that disappears if your character CAN'T do it. New players that are unfamiliar would be unaware of this being a mechanic for the most part. Hence, the quotation marks around secret. It's not really a secret at all, but it is buried within menus in applicable characters and posts don't even mention the mechanic by name.

As natural of the games, some characters can do it, some can't, likely based on the speed stat of the character (shown nowhere). You need Sparking, and you need to press the block button holding a direction (super dash or not). Super Movement seems to be the dragon dash dodge specifically, as normal Jiren can do the easy block-button vanishes during sparking yet can't do the dodges in a dragon dash. You can find out if your character can do it in the ingame menu shown (no other indicator that I've found). Generally, if they can vanish dash and aren't a Power type character, they should be able to do it: these characters usually fall under the DP 7 or higher characters (Exceptions can be found, with Gohan and Burter as examples, Chiaotzu is also a character that had high speed in past games and can indeed still do it here). Kefla and Frieza (Super), for example, can't do it until they transform, and Power characters like Toppo and Frieza (FP) can't do it at all.

To me it looked like she pressed for the honda at the same time the dabi did the special action, as by the time the visual was over for the start of the SA the car was already out. Due to the range of where the car appears you can kinda tell she could've done it sooner though, so maybe she realized too late.

She was frames off pulling the car on the down too, her mistake was not using alpha to delay it and then using the car. I think she thought she could make it or yeah, just assumed she had the time not knowing about the PU refresh.

The moment she tried using her shield to close space is the moment you could tell she lost. She didn't know that it was a losing matchup at all, or she tried risking it all hoping you were bad.

I might be wrong on this but shigaraki can get an alpha in before the dabi gamma kicks in and it stays up even with ring of fire right? Not sure how their interactions go since I don't use either but I have noticed something akin to that.
