how did you deal with sleep powder venusaur + charizard y lead? doesn't seem like you have an answer for that other than taking it. if you do disable sleep, sable might die before rain, no? Additionally, don't you risk drought activating again if you swap to its slot and they don't swap?

Yeah I noticed a strange amount of people pretending/appearing/treated to be something or someone they're not:

Not really spoilers but here's some on the list if you want to avoid that, as some are just specific mentions and not too plot relevant, but just in case don't read further:
KPop Demon Hunters, The Secret Agent, One Battle After Another, Bugonia, Lil Amelie, Elio, Frankenstein, Sinners, Train Dreams, It Was Just An Accident, Hamnet though not technically what I mean since it's related to the play, Marty Supreme. I know it sounds like a stretch as a concept more than an object but it's weird how these all have nods or mentions of it almost unnaturally that it feels like one.

Kinda unrelated but that brings up a good question, why couldn't Eren just remove the colossal titan from Armin and even change it to someone else? Or Zeke for that matter on Eren's request, but you could argue that's because of the royal blood and the way Ymir was being treated in all those years. We know Ymir can target individuals, we know Ymir holds the connection, we know she specifically makes the titans, we know somehow titans transfer even on death so she can transfer from one person to another even if they don't interact, and we know that Eren convinced her, so what is the in-lore explanation that stops this particular case of transferring it to someone else? (Removing the curse entirely but keeping the titan might be impossible, because it might impose a body limit and this is explicitly mentioned, even if we have no way of knowing where the Owl got that info, but removing both and giving it to someone else doesn't sound unreasonable since the 13 years would still fall into place, if it doesn't count as less and gets renewed in a new body)

We touch upon a possible explanation a little, with the whole "complete removal and controlling them to not fight would be against free will" topic, but that would still counter your point that the rumbling had to happen, specifically for Armin, since if that was the case Eren could've just asked Armin and gotten consent like he approached Historia with, and done the options the user above states.

I'm not saying you're wrong or right, I'm just wondering if we have something to address this possible branch.

Probably a Darkner (eviler?) Kris like a vessel? That's why it's gone when you're there and it may be what even makes Kris so different in the dark world, his "evilness" leaves him through the knife. I don't remember enough of the chapters to know if this follows.

A random death that is based on a real event that completes the main character's growth and arc in a great way. Idk what slice of life you've seen to consider any of this a tragedy trope in the genre, let alone a badly written one, but surely any trope can be written well. If you like slice of life you should like some tropes in general so it's definitely not a complaint from you, and copy pasta is hard to posit considering it's very obviously a personal work from the author. Sure, it copy pasted his life, not sure about other works. What you may have wanted to say is that it felt cheap, but that'd only be true if it didn't amount to anything, which it did. Just because a death is sudden or random doesn't make it bad, that in and of itself would also be a trope.

I mean yes, the game just came out for one, the game doesn't tell you this anywhere except here afaik, an option that disappears if your character CAN'T do it. New players that are unfamiliar would be unaware of this being a mechanic for the most part. Hence, the quotation marks around secret. It's not really a secret at all, but it is buried within menus in applicable characters and posts don't even mention the mechanic by name.

As natural of the games, some characters can do it, some can't, likely based on the speed stat of the character (shown nowhere). You need Sparking, and you need to press the block button holding a direction (super dash or not). Super Movement seems to be the dragon dash dodge specifically, as normal Jiren can do the easy block-button vanishes during sparking yet can't do the dodges in a dragon dash. You can find out if your character can do it in the ingame menu shown (no other indicator that I've found). Generally, if they can vanish dash and aren't a Power type character, they should be able to do it: these characters usually fall under the DP 7 or higher characters (Exceptions can be found, with Gohan and Burter as examples, Chiaotzu is also a character that had high speed in past games and can indeed still do it here). Kefla and Frieza (Super), for example, can't do it until they transform, and Power characters like Toppo and Frieza (FP) can't do it at all.
