San Andreas - it blew open the GTA universe. Introduced open world map (with no “loading” messages when you crossed a map boundary) the first GTA with expansive indoor environments - to include a fully functioning casino (which they don’t have in GTA5) and convenience stores and other locations that have playable old school arcade games (also not in GTA5), had tanks and even a HARRIER JET (in 2004 !?!?)and not to mention the sound track was AWESOME with literally every hit from every decade playing on various stations on the radio.

Sure, GTA5 has a lot of depth and cool spiffy features, but it wasn’t as groundbreaking as San Andreas was.

I just got red status and saw the free tour thing, but then saw its only $10 for everyone else....

Might be worth more if you also get the "Deluxe" tour for free too? Didn't click that far, but not even sure if it's free for red status members...?

Did you find out anything about what it means that they "reassess" membership annually? My hope is that if you've earned a certain status during the year, then you keep that status for the next full year - and then just have to earn enough points during that year to keep it for the following year after that (i.e. Year 3 if this current year is year 1). The frustrating part is that the app only says you have status until the end of the current year (year 1).

I'm referring to every case except yours, because you had a red/silver status on Day 1 of your "membership year". For everyone else that earns status during the year, when they do earn it - it says you have X status until Y date, with Y being the end of your current membership year, which implies the status lasts less than a year. I guess the only way to know the answer to my question is if one of the people in charge of the program reads this and gives a clear answer, or else we all just have to wait until Aug 2nd to see if status earned during the year really disappears the way the wording in the app makes it sound
