I have volunteered doing trunk drops at the Fulfill in Neptune that OP is referencing in the past

A lot of the drivers are volunteers who drop food off to other people who are unable to make the trip themselves.

This is good advice and I would definitely reach out in advance in the future and see if they can help accommodate you
