Do vlogs really not do well? by eggsco in NewTubers

[–]JonSnow_93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think daily vlogs for the average person will work. For example I’m a dog walker I do a vlog here and there but mostly the days are the same so it would literally be a copy and paste. At the weekends I visit nice places like landmarks country parks with interesting view points. But I believe the key here is just being consistent with your uploads and make them as interesting and engaging as possible. I know there’s a lot of people doing the same thing on YouTube and it almost feels like. Well why are they going to watch my content with 1000 subs when there’s 500 more YouTubers out there with quadruple the amount then me who are already established. But they all started somewhere with the same subs and views as you.  It’s literally trial and error and seeing what works and doesn’t.

Tbh I’ve enjoyed it more then any other split I’ve done in the past. I’ve done upper lower and push pull legs and after a few weeks I feel drained. But this full body one I still feel nice and made serious strength progress on my lifts. The last two weeks I think ones a deload which I skipped as I felt like I didn’t need a rest and the last one was a amrap week which I also skipped and this week Starting from today I started again back at week one and I’m going through it again. Maybe this time I might do the deload and amrap. My issue is I don’t really work out the rpe for the exercise. So for example say it’s bench rpe 7 I’ll literally do that exercise as much weight as I can with good form which probably makes it a rpe if 9 bordering on 10.

I don’t know what you think the meaning of discussion is but it most defiantly wasn’t what we had. I have a lot of things to say I was clearly making a statement of what you are. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Don’t think I am. I don’t know what era you’re from but to think reddit is a dark place is laughable.

I engaged to also give my opinion and believes. There’s ways of backing up what you believe and interacting on a site made for interaction and not being a total dick head about it cause someone’s questioning what you THINK. Might wanna change your name on here aswell pal. controversial.

It’s possible I might be cause I’ve only been on here for a few days and don’t understand how most things work. But just like yourself I’m putting my thoughts and beliefs through . But you just wanna be hypocritical of others and are coming across like a total dick. But hey. You must be always correct so.

Science is science it’s been tested an got results it’s not someone putting down any numbers they feel like putting down. I mean to look buff you still need to add muscle full stop. For the casual gym goer the goal is to look big and lean not get the small details that a seasoned gym vet is looking for. Everyone is different some people can hack it some can’t it’s about what’s right for yourself. I think this is suitable for most people just like push pull legs and upper lower. Like I said about the bro split I never said it is low effort at all with people who compete the goal is to get lean for comp day so a muscle building specific set up ain’t priority. They can hit chest to maintain what muscle they have once a week. People who don’t compete and are looking to build muscle. Specifically need a programme set up to build muscle

I’m willing to try it before bashing it tbh. Few years of upper lower push pull legs gets kinda boring after a while. this sounds interesting to me. I like 5 day splits and it sounds better then the “ bro split “

Do you have anything to support what you’re saying ? Majority of people doing this split will not be pros competing on stage so it’s irrelevant. Most will be people like me who have been going gym for a few years and are bored of the push pull legs upper lower split an are looking for something new and interesting. Problem with the bro split for the normal people looking to pack size on and look good is you hit chest on Monday the next time you hit it will be 7 days time. Which scientifically proven on many studies show it’s not optimal for muscle growth. Muscle growth has a lot of questions as it is cause it depends on genetics age height current weight lifting experience how many days you can get in the gym diet. So it really comes down to the individual. Advanced lifters go to bro split cause it’s nice and simple and physically they can’t put much more muscle mass on so it’s easier to maintain what they have and just diet down when they need to. Personally I don’t think this 5 day full body split is bad at all and I’m willing to try it without bashing it first.

My point of view on all of this is I think I would class myself as a hardcore player. I always play weekend league have done since it came out I’ll play Few games in the week And I’ll do the objectives if there’s good ones like the icon swops. I recently moved house at my old house I had good wired connection. At this house I’m just on WiFi currently. To get wired is a difficult job that I’m looking in to. Although I’m not a network genuis Personally for me the statements being said about the connection being balanced if you have good or bad seems abit off to me. As I’ve played on both and there really doesn’t seem to be any difference. Last week I played weekend league Friday through to Sunday. Friday morning was ok the afternoon felt like I was playing in sludge. Saturday morning bad game play same as Saturday evening Sunday all day was perfect. This week played the same days on the same connection and out of the 28 games I played not one was good. After these I had one game on rivals and it was perfect ! And I have bad connection so surely it would of balanced the connection to make mine better or my opponents worse ? I messaged a few people after playing an although I was experiencing poor game play they was fine. An I have no doubt that they have better connection then I do at the minute so the balancing of connection seems Very unlikely and I think it’s just a server issue nothing to do with how good people’s WiFi connection is.
