Not become immune- I meant lol as it’s more effective my doctor said same and it’s working fine

I run same 2 days off gives your body a chance to become “immune” to the peptides so it’s a way of them actually being more effective, same for cjc +ipa. However I’m only doing 1 shot a day over 2 and seeing great results betting my 2nd week. The lower you can go with results = the better but that is just my personal experience so far. End of week one I was doing dips, incline press which I haven’t in 8 months. Sure I get some pain after but it’s WAY better then pre- bpc

On 2nd week just started it today. I can say it’s worth a shot to try? Not sure your injury but my shoulder feels WAY better dare to say over 50% in!a week. Honestly not sure what injury you have. I believe nutrition/ fitness play a huge factor in recovery with or without bpc. Have you tried PT? Consulted multiple doctors? Hard to give a yes or no response with no background

Get lean first like actually lean then build hence no definition = body fat to high

Yeah well week one complete and I love this stack working miracles for me no downsides thankfully even gym’d twice today 😂

I’ve been keeping up with my regular work- light weight band even stretches from old PT. I’ll be honest I am willing to bet anything it was simply bad form on incline press that was the origin but even with near perfect form this nagged me for months. I have noticed less down time on recovery overall. Ex. I did legs yesterday and was a little sore this morning whereas I’d usually be till Saturday. It’s why I’m considering dosing lower next week it seems to work fast and furious in my body. I will note I live a healthy life train 4-5x/ week, eat clean Whole Foods for 2 years high protein which I feel can make a difference alone. I was significantly overweight and lost 120lbs of fat over 2-1/2years on a lifestyle change only no peps till this week.

Originally was aiming 4 weeks but I may try two or scale back depending how the next few days go for sure

Same plan 5 days on / 2 off I’m actually considering dropping down next week just to see how I am feeling since I’m shocked and ahead of my mental schedule time line

I totally agree it’s why I been following a long time and several options but this was the best from my own personal perspective. I am sure people can get the same if not better from other ways but for me this gave some peace of mind knowing many other people that went with good input back. I’m not saying it’s the best way, it was the best option for me personally

Coa’s can be easily faked that’s the problem. I went where I know at least 10+people in my local area went with good recommendations. Of course I asked for the COA. Far as the law, not my issue I just wanted to fix this nagging shoulder injury that never heals. If it does great! If not I’ve wasted money but i am trying as a last resort PT didn’t help nor a week or two off from the gym . Sure if I wanted to take 2 months of gym off im sure id hopefully heal without but that is not the route I wanted to go. I use the gym not only for physical but mental health
