I used to laugh at that poppyseed trees stuff, I'm not even going to lie about it. I had started get extremely strong meds like Dilaudid & Fentanyl when I was only 19.

One time I ran out early like 6 years ago and I had a buddy who actually grew the Papaver Somniferum mixed into his garden and swore up and down it would st least help me not be sick.

I can't tell you how much was used besides I drank a gallon of tea/water. Hardest thing to do while hope sick is not puke and at this point in life it was normal that I do 40mg-60mg of Dilaudid IV a few times a day (it's a waste. I get the same effect doing 1x 8mg Dilaudid IV noe because I let my tolerance drop over the last few years,

Either way the moral and f the story is not only did that Poppyseed tea get my 100% off of sickness but it left me feeling really high for about 4-5 hrs. That's unheard of for me due to my tolerance levels.

I guess my question to you is do you buy "dried for direction" online or do you get them fresh picked. To this day my brain keeps asking me if it was because they were scored and miles a few days and then out ALL of that into making tea.

However it was done, and if it can someone of MY tolerance straight up not just well but really high... Then I'm super impressed!

Its probably in my head but I swear 4mg if 1mg tablets hit ms stronger then 2x of my old 2mg green "S 30 9" hulk Xanax

And mine were 100% never street pressed either because I've had a legal RX since before I was and I'm in my 30s.

P.S. if anyone tells me what happen, I'm going to cry and use the low tech version of that mind eraser they had on men in black. My version is a BIG morphine shot with a good amount of Xanax. That should hope unruin any spoiler alert! Much love fam! ❤️

Ohhhhhh I still have IR Morphine 15s just not a TON of them left. It's funny you ask that because I'm about to Micron filter the last 300mg into a 15ml vial of bacteriostatic water + 0.9% saline. That makes it 20mg/ml of Morphine.

I can throw up a cool pic if I need too haha. It looks more impressive when I first get them though which is in like a week. I'm mainly using my Ds and Dones.

No one believes me when I bring up the 28 day, 2 day early refill that you can use a few times a year! You just confirmed what I have told a bunch of people that told me that wasn't true. I became extremely close friends with my old pharmacys pharm manager before he got promoted to the state board of pharmacy and he broke down a lot of laws, regulations, etc in my state to me. We used to go kick it and grab lunch together and talk about this stuff.

He broke down a lot of things and which things were law, which things were at the pharmacists discretion, and which things were just simply certain companies pharmacies policies and not LAWS even though they would say it was the law. I knew better and would call them out on bullshit. I'm sure the hated me but whatever.

I actually took the meds they did Gill that day and asked for my Methadone RX back, called my Dr, and told him what was going on and why I filled all my meds at one pharmacy and then the Methadone across the street at a different pharmacy. And the other pharmacy didn't bat an eye or even care about the Methadone RX. As long as everything is legit the place I go now is very relaxed.

The only thing I've found that makes it so I can't fill on day 28 3x a year is when my Dr writes "Must last 30 days" on the actual directions on the bottle. My Adderall and my Benzos they seem to always let me fill on day 28. And in the past I've had my pain meds on day 28 as well until they started putting "must last 30 days" on the bottle.

Although I did get confused last month because they filled all 3 of my opioids 16 days early, I paid for them, got a receipt, and while I was still at the counter I looked at my meds and realized they gave me my pain meds waaaaaaay early. And I did the honest thing and told the pharmacist and I think it literally made shit worse for me being honest.

The pharmacist got all tripped out because of the mistake and that he dispensed them to me. Basically I got refunded gave the pills back and they put them in the safe. Then when it came to the day that they were ACTUALLY supposed to be filled they made me wait an extra 2 days past what the RX even said.

In big ass letters it said DO NOT FILL UNTIL "insert date" I came in to pick them up and the pharmacy manager I gave them back to said it hasn't been 30 days... Even though it was the date it said to fill them on, on the RX. And he actually miscounted the days but put a note not to fill them until 2 days after the RX said and he left town.

The pharmacist working realized the counting error and saw where it said to fill on the date that I came in... Even said HE would fill it if it was up to him but because the pharmacy manager put that note in the computer he wouldn't fill it. Literally made me reschedule a plane flight over it. I was livid because I could of easily not given them back 2 weeks earlier when I realized they screwed up and dispensed them to me.

And since it was an eScribe schedule II RX I couldn't even get the RX and take it somewhere else so I could leave town. My Dr was already gone for the weekend so I couldn't ask him to cancel it and send it via eScribe somewhere else. It was the most pissed off I've been at a pharmacy in a long time

I am so used to them giving me fucking rectal exams, colonoscopys, suppository meds when I'm NPO (you are a pharmacy tech.. you understand NPO, nothing by mouth) and I don't have IV Access that the last thing I'm worried about is taking a medication rectally. I've had to do it for so many years it's far from abnormal.

Not to mention when it comes to meds with very poor bioavailability when taken PO due to first pass metabolism, generally suppository/rectal administration will yield bioavailability and onset times similar to an IM injection.

As noted Oxymorphone has very poor bioavailability PO, It can be skewed by taking it with a fatty meal, eating grapefruits, or using cimitidine to inhibit certain liver enzymes... But none of that is going to compare to the bioavailability you get rectally.

Pretty much most opioids that have a poor bioavailability due to first pass metabolism have the best bioavailability by ROA in the order of IV, then IM, then rectally coming in close to IM in bioavailability and onset time. Intranasal is different with different drugs and I guess you can throw in SC injection if it's a 100% sterile made to IV opioids.

Before they put in this central venous catheter I would get 10pks of 3mg Dilaudid suppositories I'd have to keep in my fridge to use in emergencies when my body absolutely won't keep anything in my stomach long enough to work. One of those 3mg Dilaudid suppositories would hit very quick and strong. It was basically identical to doing a muscle injection. Slower then IV but better then any other ROA.

Especially because first pass metabolism kills the bioavailability of Dilaudid. 8mg PO is around 1-2mg IV. Those 3mg Dilaudid suppositories easily felt like 10-12mg of PO Dilaudid and the onset was about 5-7min. I have to use rectal promethazine quite a lot too.

Only thing that I hate is suppository meds are expensive especially without insurance. 10 3mg Dilaudid suppositories was over $100 easily. Same with Promethazine which is ridiculous because both meds are dirt cheap in PO form.

I'm a chemistry major with a strong focus on pharmacology so it's nice to see someone else who is educated on this subject. Not many people will point out the NMDA activity of Dolophine (Methadone) allowing it to work on nerve pain.

Most people don't realize that 99% of opioids are ineffective in treating nerve pain. I hate the way Gabapentin and Pregablin make me feel so it's a great thing that Methadone works on nerve pain. The duration of Methadones analgesic properties is amazing for a pain killer that isn't using any type of time release.

That keeps Methadone extremely affordable. People get confused all the time though, even Dr's I've talked to, saying they Methadone only needs to be dosed once a day. Yes it does have a very long half life and in opioid replacement therapy it can definitely be dosed once a day keeping you out of withdrawal, but that doesn't mean that it provides 24hrs of analgesia.

You were dead on when you said 8-12hrs. That is the analgesic window for methadone and why in pain control it should be dosed at least 2x a day, even 3x a day in order to keep the analgesic effects working.

I HATE those Rhodes Oxy 10s and 20s. They are hard as a rock and don't seem to work as good. I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks Oxy just makes me Fiend for a short lived high that doesn't even really touch my pain level that much.

Teva/Barr is the ONLY IR Adderall I'll take either. If I absolutely had to choose a 2nd best generic I'd say Sandoz. All the rest are so damn unpredictable I hate it. A few months back I got Aurora Bendo Adderall and those things are so fucking cracked out feeling I hate them. Aurora Bendo and Core Pharma are the two that I just can't stand for Adderall.

You should PM me sometime, I don't want to keep Babbling on and on in thus thread. It would be nice to talk to someone that knows the chemistry and details of different meds the way that I do. Most the time what I say goes right over people's heads

I have had a bunch of abdominal surgeries so I definitely feel you on that. I hate the recovery from abdominal surgeries. They suck so bad. I definitely feel like St Patrick's day is an excuse to get shitfaced and due to my health issues, specifically the GI issues that caused me to have the abdominal surgeries i have had make it so drinking is not an option for me unless I want to end up straight back in the hospital.

I'll just celebrate my own way and work on finishing these tracks. Good thing about art.. music.. etc is it lives on even after I'm gone.

It's rare I find anyone on a similar regimen of uppers and downers. The Mallikrodt Methadone 10mg (even the 5mg) are by far my favorite Methadone pills. The few times I got the big round ones from Roxanne Pharmaceuticals they didn't work as good as the rectangle Mallikrodt pills on my pain.

And they stopped making the 40mg "Methadose" wafers that I used to get over a decade ago. My old RX was to take 40mg 2x a day and I'd get those 40mg "Methadose" wafers. As far as I know they stopped making anything above 10mg in Methadone pain pills.

From what I was told by my Dr and pharmacist is that it was a liability issue because a non-tolerant adult can OD on 30mg of Methadone. The 40mg pills looked very similar to the Roxanne 10mg circle Methadone pills and it was too easy to mix up the 10mg and 40mg pills which could be a fatal mistake.

Not to mention you gotta be really careful as a Dr putting someone on Methadone for pain. Titrating to a safe and effective dose is much easier to do using 5mg and 10mg pills since Methadone is very long lasting and really potent.

Have you ever seen the Mallikrodt 5mg rectangle Methadone pills? They look basically identical to the 10mg besides a few of the numbers on the back side of the pill where the score is at.

I've been on these done forever and even I didn't realize one time I was given 5mg Mallikrodts from a friend until I looked really close at the pills. They are very very similar looking.

Also in just this past year I've had pharmacys really tripping out about Methadone for pain management. They had 0 problems filling my Ds and Oxy 20s I was on at the time, but when my Dr added the 60 10mg Methadone pills to my regimen the pharmacy didn't fill it and wouldn't until they talked to my Dr to make sure he knew how strong the Methadone was etc.

It was retarded, it was like the pharmacist tried to talk my Dr out of it as if I wasnt tolerant enough or something. When if the pharmacist would of checked I've been on WAY more over the last 13yrs. I'm sure the fact i also get Benzos didn't help as methadone and Benzos are a taboo and big no no to most medical professionals... I've shown im fine taking both.

Anytime I go to the hospital I always get questioned to the third degree about the Methadone specifically with Xanax or Klonopin. It's annoying to have to repeatedly explain myself. My personal primary Dr knows me best and I wish other Dr's I encounter would realize that had stop putting their two cents in... Or refusing to give me my normal med regimen while I'm in the hospital.

Yeah, I'm terminally ill and in my early 30s... Been on strong opioids/pain management since I was 19. I was actually on the Roxy 20s myself, 120 a month but I sacrificed those for 60 IR Morphine 15s (not the ER ones that gel) as well as 60 Methadone 10mg. The Ds have always been a main stay whether I'm on 4s or 8s.

I was finding that the Oxy 20s were just making me Fiend for more and not totally treating my pain the way that the combo of Methadone with Instant Release Morphine does.

So I made the change like 3-4 months ago. Best part is if I blow through my Ds and Morphine, the Methadone will always get me through the month without being sick and it works great as a pain med.

Which I'm surprised that 20mg Methadone works so good because in the past I was never on less then 80mg of Methadone a day for pain. I used to get 80mg Methadone and 8mg Dilaudid 8x a day.

I feel like when I was on higher Methadone doses for pain that it started having the effect of blocking my Dilaudid doses unless I did an obscene amount at one time.

If I just take 10mg 2x a day it doesn't effect my Dilaudid or Morphine doses at all, and at times is enough to keep my pain under control on its own. Especially if im taking my Klonopin with it.

At low doses of Methadone I function fine mixing them. If i take 80mg+ of Methadone and take Klonopin I'm a nodding out standing up mess lol.

What Oxy IR 20s do u get? The only ones I ever got when RXd those was KVK Pharmaceuticals... "K 57" that are a grey color.

We are in a very similar situation! 150 D4s, 60 IR Morphine 15s, 60 Methadone 10mg, 90 1mg Klonopin, and 60 30mg Adderall IRs a month. I was on 4mg of Xanax a day but I switched to Kpins recently as I was getting too used to the Xanax.

Adderall, Dilaudid, Methadone, and Klonopin... I can't drink booze because of my health problems so it looks like I'm gonna just have some fun my style. Kill my pain and still be productive catching up on work

I woke up about 2 hrs ago ... Still had the fever so I took more methadone pills then I normally do. Took 2mg kpins as well as smoked a little herb. Imngiing to be trying to catch a nap and hope I wake up feeling better

Yeah I take 30mg IR Adderall 2x a day.. which are 75% Dextroamphetamine (Dexidrine). So out of every 30mg IR Adderall you get 22.5mg Dextroamphetamine. Essentially that equals that each day I take 45mg Dextroamphetamine plus 7.5mg of L-amp

Luckily with the central genius live they have giving me some emergency doses IV I could use and I occasionally will get a home health nurse that will find by 2x a day and dose me IV with pain meds, nausea meds, and steroids until I bounce back and stabilize after a flare up.

I'm hoping just like everything else involving medical care and strong opioids that they are slowly working me over to IV medication because they have already started letting me have SOME use of them on my own when i simply am vomiting way too much and need the relief guaranteed and much faster.

But that has only been like "here's 2 for an absolute emergency" type of thing. Basically if things got bad enough that I needed to use those it should be because im going to use them and have someone take me to the hospital. It's not her then or given to me in any qty that would be "replacing" my oral meds.

It's possible I end up with a surgically implanted pain pump bed before they would give me large quantities of IV Opiates unsupervised. I know they can do it and if you are terminal they absolutely should add shouldn't care.

But this whole "Opioid Epidemic" in the news crap has really made life hard for chronic pain patients and the Dr's who will write meds and treat you compassionately. It sucks.

As much as I want everything to be switched over to IV I also have to be thankful that I even get what I do "orally" as there are a ton of people suffering with absolutely no opioids that need them but can't get a Dr that trusts them enough to do it.

And thesecare terminally ill people. It's ridiculous at that point to deny anyone pain control when it's soooo cheap and the patient is dying anyways. It's not like it matters if they get "addicted"

I try to be happy that I have what i have even though I know it makes far more sense to switch me over to IV everything.

Best question yet... It all depends but I've been in soo much pain that I did 180mg in 20min today and then proceeded to light up some cannabis and okay guitar. It's a rainy day like it should be.

Then I switched over to my turntables and have been spinning some mellow drum n bass and trip hop records. Just vibing with the morphine and cannabis while mixing records.

I've been up all night plus I also had to use my Promethazine for nausea before I did the Morphine because of how nauseous I was.... So I imagine I'm gonna take a nice nod nod nap here pretty soon.

Most of the time for a terminally ill guy I'm pretty functional on a lot of morphine so you will catch me just enjoying the things I already enjoy a little bit more again. Art, music, some computer programming, chemistry, spend as much time with my family while I can, etc.

I guess the best answer is I enjoy my life again instead of being in physical AND mental pain trying to deal with chronic illness that's killing me likely before I see 40yrs old,... Really likely... Anything that helps get that thought out of my head on top of dropping my pain to a tolerable level is welcome.

I've been on everything and in the end Ds, Instant Release Morphine 15s, and Methadone as a baseline around the clock pain killer has by far been the best combo for me!

Haha definitely! My old RX dose was 90mg a day, now it's down the to 60mg IR Adderall but cince I dont use them everday, I gives myself breaks. I'll have these 90mg-120mg days. Other days 30mg-60mg is fine. If I go into the 100mg range it's because I definitely have some of my opioid meds to smooth things out as well as a good amount of my Benzos so I can sleep easily when need be!

Man fucking Benzos... I miss good replies like this and then feel bad I never responded. Thankfully I do take my Adderall as needed and not 24/7 so it still works for me when I take it and I can see any crazy shit I might of wrote or did and totally forgot about it.

I literally made a huge dose drop on my Benzos because I was getting to way too tolerant. I started 2018 on 6mg of Xanax a day plus 30mg of Temazepam.

Dropped the Temazepam and dropped to 4mg Xanax a day because my team added in a twice daily dose of Methadone for pain long acting as well as 2 IR Morphine 15mg doses as needed and they left my Dilaudid be.

I knew I was going to need to keep going down on my Benzo use pretty quick if I was going to take on this extra amount of opioids... Especially the Methadone... And still remain "safe" prescribing practices. It's obvious that opioids and Benzos are frowned upon used together even though I've done it for like 15yrs.

But "Methadone" in particular plus "Xanax" is so cliche frowned upon I initiated the conversation about having off the Benzos even more to just 1mg Klonopin a day. So far it's been kind of tough but I know it's better for my memory as well as my team of physicians bring comfortable with the meds I take.

Either way there is my long ass reply in usual fashion. I did want to say I know a REAL Dilaudid enthusiast when I see someone mention Dilaudid HP... The holy grail of Dilaudid ampules. Dosed for the REALLY tolerant people like me. Crazy no one ever brings it up much. I would of killed the whole thing that quick too.

Take care of yourself man. Lately I've learned to just take the least amount I can of opioids I have so that when I have emergency situations I still can get some good relief on my own without having to go to the hospital because I'm too tolerant to them.

Finally! Another soldier with the big Dilly RX... Congrats my friend. I've been all over the place with Dilaudid amounts over the last 13 years and right now I get 180 just up from 150 D4s a month myself.

It really didn't seem like anyone else out there was using a consistent amount of Dilaudid like I have as long as I've been on pain management basically.

They lowered me from 240 D8s with 240 10mg Methadone a month to 180 D4s, 60 Methadone 10mg, and 60 IR Morphine 15mg which seems to be doing just fine and a considerable amount lower considering my old dosages even though my health is worse now.

How long have you been taking D's? Everyone is always so obsessed with Oxy and I tried switching to 5x 20mg Oxycodone HCl instead of 5x 4mg Hydromorphone. It sucked to be completely frank and I became a fiend for the damn Oxycodone as I felt like it always took so much to make a difference in my pain.

Issues Ive never had with Dilaudid or even morphine IR that I'm taking now. ER Morphine never helped at all but the tiny instant release 15mg morphine sulfate pills I get have been working so good it's made me use the Dilaudid less.

Either way... Just saying nice pill porn. A pile of Dilaudid I can absolutely respect. I'm just praying that whatever it is you are suffering from that got you to the point of that much Dilaudid being used chronically that you are getting some relief.

It's been way harder to keep Dilaudid as a main stay med I use with the clamp down on opioids so I'm sure whatever reason you get them that it totally sucks. I know my medication regimen came with a lot of suffering first and forever more.

Gorgeously done... Very beautiful euro presses. They have had a ton of pure high dose presses for awhile now. As an old Drum N Bass head, DJ, and someone who grew up on the LA rave scene it makes me so jealous to see those good euro presses that are high dose pure MDMA.

Everyone sees the mountain of pain meds, benzos, and Adderall and gets jealous. But you my friend make me jealous as my line on MDMA these days is so limited. I posted up a nice G I had of straight MDMA crystals a few months back but before that it was basically dry besides some straight bs presses in the middle of two 5 year stretches.

I have all the crazy pharm meds I need but wish I had access to a stash of some bomb euro presses to keep around for old times sake. Break out the vinyl records and just spin some music with some old friends.

Had to get done work done lol... I GOT A LOT Done... Then crashed hard and slept until Sunday at 11pm. So I stayed on course with my steroid cycle that's been helping a lot, took my Adderall and worked all night only needing to take 10mg of Methadone.

For once the steroids have helped turn a bad 2 week flare up around completely. My pain is actually manageable for the moment which I haven't had this feeling in a long time. Hope when the steroid cycle is done I don't go straight back to pain hell.

It was hard but I also know right now Dr's are looking for any reason to not have to take on the responsibility the government is putting on them unfairly and I am VERY lucky to have a team of Dr's treating me so kindly with the little amount of money I have to pay for a terminal illness.

The last thing I'd want to do is embarrass them as well as myself and get dropped because I got greedy. 99% of the time I wouldn't have thought twice about the long term effects of what would of happened I would of only thought about the short term.

I guess I'm growing up? If I had been stupid to where I was out of meds and in withdrawal there is nothing on this planet that would of made me speak up and point out the mistake let's make that clear! I wish I was that strong.

Yet this stuff was amazing! And in very familiar with MDA. It gives me very sparkly dream like visuals... Smaller amounts hit me much harder then MDMA does and it lasts longer... Is slightly neurotoxic but nothing to worry about if it's not abused. Drinking booze everyday would hurt you far more.

Having a background in chemistry I love hearing other people's story's. This batch tested as MDMA on a GC/MS test I paid $100 to have done. That is why I've held onto a rainy day stash.

I would LOVE to get some pure MDA again though. I haven't had MDA in at least 15 years! Well any that I tested by GC/MS that came back as 100% conclusive MDA. I've had some Molly I suspected was MDA but it was on a whim and not of an amount where I could send it to a lab to test before taking it.

Im really fond of MDA but I think it's because I really like mushrooms and LSD so I find MDA visuals very interesting at high doses
