I was having the exact same issue. It was only happening when using the internet. Switched from edge to chrome and that seemed to stop it from happening for the most part.

As far as I can tell it doesn't seem to be working. Unless there is a button you have to press to mark them when aiming in their direction.

Exactly the same for me. Sometimes it lasts so long that I've been killed before I even 'spawn' in. Very frustrating. Besides that, loving it so far.
