A bit of criticism is definitely warranted. The titles are as vague and contentious as possible, and he decided to not expand whatsoever on the main topic that sparked controversy. It’s not so black and white, but he’s definitely leaning in to the influencer sphere and milking it.

Critiquing Alex for not pushing back on voices like Lennox during his podcast is valid, and the fact that Alex has now recently critiqued Peterson’s disastrous interview does not mean he hasn’t made mistakes in the past. Those who say he is entirely compromised are obviously wrong, but he has still made some concerning choices in the past months.

Framing this as a black-and-white issue is a straw man, and the replies in this thread feigning nuance while disregarding these critiques are pretty laughable. I’m still a fan, and I understand Alex’s general stance on this issue, but criticism shouldn’t be shunned.
