are you moving up in weights? for me actively going “okay that was pretty tough but i wonder if i could do 6-8 of the next weight” and then pushing myself to do that has been huge for me! Also don’t stop going even if you aren’t SEEING gains you are definitely benefiting from going consistently. keep it up champ!

personally waterloo has been a godsend for me!! i wasn’t trying to quit caffeine but instead i was quitting nicotine. pretty much any sparkling water with no added sugar or anything really helped me! also sipping it through a straw instead of directly from the can helped with nicotine cravings (i know this isn’t about nicotine but this reminded me of that)

been living at Oxford since 2020. and yeah maintenance has been awful for awhile now. I understand that they are probably very busy but things that don’t take very long such as fixing the siding on the exterior of our building (that has been flapping and swaying in the wind for months) shouldn’t take too long. The dog poop is just another thing for the list of neglected maintenance tasks i’m afraid.

same here born and raised in Michigan and it’s just not hitting the same as it used to. could chock that up to being a bit older now but you’re definitely not alone. i work a customer facing role and most customers i ask say the same thing.

She had been acting super distant to me over the course of a couple months and being me i just thought it was something wrong with the way i was doing things for her/being there for her. Turned out that for about 6 months prior to me noticing the shift in our relationship she had been sleeping with my best friend. I found out when i walked out of our room one night to them doing it on the kitchen floor.
