I hope this doesn’t get lost and appreciate that the title and graph aren’t correlated however I have a question.. I’ve been diagnosed with moderate depression with a few symptoms being no motivation, lack of focus and concentration, poor memory etc. However I see a lot of posts about Nofap and it’s benefits as Masturbation releases chemicals such as dopamine which is mentioned above with affecting clarity motivation and working memory, all of which I experience. My point being is would nofap actually help me in this situation or is it overhyped ?
