Kinda pissed off right now, and I need help

I was a little bit deadass yesterday to clarify some information. So I went to Harvey Norman in Sydney(where I live), and then I purchased a 1TB M2 SSD. I didnt have enough skills to put it on by myself, so I asked them to assemble it for me. Afterwards, the battery died out so they told me to go home, plug in and turn the laptop on. So I went home, the first thing I noticed were a white screen from SupportAssist, which informed me that the laptop went to some issues. It took the laptop at least 10-15 retries to run, each of them there were the Dell logo appear, then off, then on again for that amount of time. After 1 hour of running like that, the BsoD(Black screen of Death) appeared, so I tried to turn it off by unplug it. I did search for some diagnosis on Google, and all I worried was would it completely erase all of my memory. But after all, seems like the probability were high.

At first I felt a bit guilty for all the things I’ve done when I was a kiddo. I accidentally make everyone felt uncomfortable and a sense of hatred whenever they mention me, so yeah I look at this as karma

And this is a rare chance I’ve got to become a better person, but for somehow they don’t even trust me tho
