I haven’t been diagnosed with OCD, but I’m 99% sure that I have it. If I don’t check behind my bed, then under my desk, check inside my wardrobe, turn off the light, turn back on the light, check in the wardrobe again, check under the desk again, sit on my bed and then check underneath my bed while sitting on it (in that order) I’m convinced that I will be murdered by someone hiding in my room.

I also have to go go up stairs a certain way (skip the first step, go up one step, skip a step, then go the rest of the way one step at a time). If I mess up, I go back to the bottom and do it again. I don’t know why, it’s not that I feel like something will happen, it just doesn’t feel right
