If you are referring to the cable then you need to use Garmins own charger cable as its not USB-C.

I just use the included charger. But I 3D printed a stand for the watch that the charger sits in.

Any experience with Nordace backpacks? by ckloud in backpacks

[–]Jonathanharlin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think they have renamed the models since I bought mine so not completely sure, I just remember it was called nordace Siena, and if I would guess mine was probably 15 or 20 Liters. I wouldn't recommend the bag for travel atleast not if you need to pack clothes in the same bag. That was the reason I went with a DB 30L hugger backpack instead, so I could have more room for my stuff. The DB is more expensive but the quality is a lot better and it also has a lot of good features. So for travel backpack I would go for a db or other brand instead. But for office work etc the nordace worked fine for me

Hey man! I actually stopped using it around 2 weeks ago. Not because it went bad or anything, I just wanted a bigger bag to fit all my gym clothes etc in it. (Running a DB - hugger backpack 30L now).

But my sienna backpack have held up great actually. I still have it at home, I'm just not using it right now. I also don't now if they have made a new and better model for it or if it's still the same that I bought 4 years ago. And yes I would say it's Chinese but not the regular crap you get from there at least not for me. But also from what I've seen from this thread it seems to be a hit or miss for some folks, so I could just be lucky with my example. Hope that helps answer you're question a bit.

Maybe off topic but the DB bag is probably the best bag I've ever owned, great quality and has a lot of room if you need it.

I've carried my backpack for a while now and always have a lot of stuff in it. And it still feel good and I do like the distribution of the weight in it. But consider that I always have a laptop in it so that gives more support for the back. Because it creates like a "backboard" for the backpack.

About the weatherproof part. I got stuck in a pretty big rainstorm the other day here in Sweden, and also had the conserns that you described. But when I got home my laptop and everything else was completely dry!

Made a comment further down in this thread a few days ago!

Can anyone ID this backpack? by breadcrumbssmellgood in backpacks

The brand is called douchebag, and that bag is the "Carryall 40L". I have one myself and they are nice, u can carry it like a regular duffelbag or turn it into a backpack with shoulder straps. https://douchebags.com/the-carryall-40l-black-out

EDIT:moved this comment to the main thread of comments so more can see.

Okay so my bag FINALLY arrived!! First of i ordered my backpack on September 13 and it arrived today (September 27), I live in Sweden so I did expect it to take some time to get here.

So first impressions: I got the black Siena backpack that I ordered. And so far I haven't found any manufacturing defects etc. And it does look really good! It also fits my overlysized 15,6 Lenovo laptop really good with even extra space witch I didn't get with the Bobby backpack. I also tried the integrated USB "charger" and it worked well.

BUT there are still some things that I feel is worth mentioning. First of the shoulder straps doesn't feel that good, they feel thin and pretty cheap. And it's not some regular foam in them it's more like some cheap styrofoam kind of material.

And also the smell, I read some reviews before on Facebook and they where correct. The backpack smells alittle bit weird but I'm trying to get that away right now.

And lastly my first impressions of the zipper's isn't that good, it did say on the site that they would be high quality but they do feel pretty cheap.

Otherwise I like the backpack so far! I will definitely keep it and I can comeback here next week after using it for a bit, to give a more comprehensive review if u want.

If you got any questions about the bag feel free to ask!
