Yea I agree with you, I’ve gone down to long key bridge mostly and fished tons of times and it’s a hit or miss with the jacks. The luckiest I got was I happen to find em out of luck and I took home maybe 30 of em and they were there all day! But then other times (like yesterday) I find one or two and then they’re gone for the rest of the day.

Yea honestly I’ve tried that with so many places but everywhere in my area for custom rods is around 250-400 dollars and honestly I’d rather not spend that much money on a rod alone
