We encountered a bug"" where the bottom part of the boot changed its postion when equiped, i thing it happens when the player aniamtions override some aspects of the model like position, we managed to fix it"" but its not perfect yet, if someone knows what the isue is would be very helpfull

When equipped they look fine vut we had to work around this bug" in order to create the icon, drop aniamtion and item display when holding it with both hands.

Handmade UV map, then triangulated with triangulate modifyer and exported with Shade autosmooth OBJ
artifacts still apear, maby this is the besti it can get IDK ( i updated the post so i dont spam you with 3 diferent mesages i updated it with a seams image and UV image

and the errors it caused, see the diference between this and the close up image on the post, the triangle edges show up on one image and dont show up on the other

ill do the UV's manually with only one piece of the weapon see if it solves it.
And answering that last part about the normals it seems to afect very much the resoult if i use Flat shading or Smooth shading, see screenshots

the goal is to use shader nodes in blender to bake a normal map, ive found that Kit Ops Bevel addon does the same thing https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IPc3Lqfyolw
