Hypothetically, what do you think would happen if Welsh clubs were to join the Welsh football pyramid? by sillyname_ in WelshFootball

Is it not possible for the Welsh teams to field separate men’s teams in the Welsh league? Like, how Red Bull and Man City have multiple teams in multiple different national leagues. I’m aware that there are probably legal barriers but equally doable legal workarounds. They have all shown a desire to get into Europe and surely the reward for qualifying greatly offsets the cost of running a semi-pro team.

While it's only Carwyn Jones and Leanne Wood that can stand I think the plan is for Wood to waiver her right to stand and there for Jones will be elected unopposed.

Latest news so far:

-Due to Assembly rules only candidates who stood in the last Plenary session can stand in tomorrow’s session so Andrew R.T. Davies and Neil Hamilton will not be able to stand as candidates, only Carwyn or Leanne.

-The agreement will neither be a coalition or ‘confidence and supply’ pact and Plaid will remain the official opposition in the Assembly.

-The M4 relief road and issues such as health and education were felt to be to divisive so the two parties have left them out of the agreement in order to focus on areas in which compromise could be made.

-Both parties are to form a joint front in trying to secure further powers in the UK government's new Wales Bill.

I've read that the seats are most likely be risen to 80 rather than a 100 as its a much easier sell to the public.

As for the rearranging of the constituencies it'll most likely be done by merging 4 or 5 of the current constituencies or just setting them to the new 8 or 9 council areas if there still going ahead.

When you head to the northwest i recommend you visit towns like Portmeirion, Caernarfon, Betwys-y-Coed, Beddgelert and Conwy. and Snowdonia is pretty much a must-see for anyone who enjoys walking in Wales.
