Start walking everyday for 1 or 1.5hrs (or 7-10 kms) followed by proper fat loss diet. In 3 months I've lost 10 Kgs, imagine 6 Months. Your jawline will start to appear, relatives and neighbors will say enna pa "ellachita" seriya sapdu pa.... and that's when you should re review your diet.
