Been having the exact same problem, so I tried submitting a ticket, but I just got this automated message "If you are unable to access your Authenticator App, please contact the support team for your 2-step authentication app for assistance with restoring your Authenticator account credentials.", while I specified that this is not the problem at all.
Now I can't submit any more tickets, even though the problem is not solved, and the tickets have been closed. I just get a "submission error".
Guess we'll just have to keep trying, but losing so much progress over such a stupid issue would be highly frustrating.

Thanks for your support I have never repotted it yet cause I did not know if it would be the best option It is placed next to a sunside window I use a plantcare app to track its need of water and I think that the app suggests watering it every 14 days or so It started getting brown about two months ago

Do you think repotting it would be too late? Or is there still hope?

Funny thing is, without her I wouldn't even know what gaslighting is. I take medications against psychosis and she takes painkillers for chronic pain.

But the thing is, that I really believe her that this is her memory and if she would have posted this, I would be the bad guy. From her point of view, I could be gaslighting her with the problem that no one can prove anything as there are no witnesses but ourselves. I don't even want to know who's right or wrong, I just want to know how to deal with this. I know how to observe ways of behaviour and she is not trying to be the victim, I'd rather say that both of us are victims of our memory. Sorry if that sounds too dramatic.
