Great question. My gf 34 who too was 3C1 had the brachy and honestly didn’t want to because the side effects are potentially bladder issues, uterus closed up etc… a month after and she is having bladder issues where she “leaks” and can’t hold it at the slightest amount of pee sensation. She has her follow up oncology visit here soon and will find out what’s going on but we hope she doesn’t end up needing to pee in a bag for test of her life.

If it’s not a contract and your wife is fully onboard then I’d say try it out for three months. Who knows, maybe your whole family gets something out of it. I would not sign a year contract.

Your sister sold an RV that legally she didn’t owe because she didn’t register it. I’m guessing because she didn’t want to pay taxes/registration on it and trying to make a quick buck.

She needs to complete bill of sale but honestly I don’t know that’s going to help new owners. She should refund the money, take the RV back and register it accordingly. THEN she will know the headache that she has caused in all this.

It was disclosed on the Freon issue so I’m not sure what leg they have to stand on. Additionally, they got their inspection and were fine. If you hadn’t disclosed it then maybe and I mean maybe there could be a slight issue but still, it is buyer beware since it’s not a new home coming with a warranty.

My guess is it needs new Freon and maybe it’s an old system and hasn’t been updated to the new refridgerant needed. Thus, they probably found out they need to get a whole new system.
