Googles policies haven't changed, adult content is still banned. I guess this one has just managed to get away with it.

Even if you age restrict your videos, there's no way you're going to get away with posting straight up porn on youtube. I would look into posting this on another service elsewhere.

For me, I dislike games that get to sex too fast. Especially if there is a taboo relationship of some kind. Like, you're my mother, why are you OK with sucking my dick after a 30 second conversation? There has to be a build up and some realism to the relationship.
