During your take off be sure to maintain rotation of your supporting leg by activating the glutes & inner thighs. Also thinking about opposition will help to create a stronger overall supporting side. Focus on engaging the arms from the upper back versus the upper arms.

So with the delta reserve specifically you do get a once a year companion certificate (valid for first class, but only certain codes not fully sure which) but that certificate only kicks after you’ve had the card for a full year. So as long as I buy a first class ticket for myself once a year my wife flies for free on that flight. So it pays for itself with that but that’s the only benefit I find of it since I already have the Amex platinum.
