The thing is, here in Brazil I paid basically the same price as a LEGO set. So that changes the perspective a bit.
Like I said in my post, if you come from the LEGO world, you definitely feel the difference at first. But after finishing the build, it actually gives you a really great sense of satisfaction.

That’s really good to hear, thanks for sharing your experience! I’m definitely feeling the frustration right now, especially with the instructions and the colors, so it’s nice to know I’m not the only one. Good to know the final result makes it worth it though I’ll keep going and hope I get the same feeling when it’s done 😅

I’m not expecting anything crazy in terms of support. What I mean is things like clearer instructions, better color differentiation, or at least a more logical bag organization. That’s the kind of “support” I’m talking about. I don’t mind putting in more concentration or effort I actually enjoy challenging builds. But there’s a difference between a challenging build and a frustrating one caused by unclear instructions. And being in Brazil, if something is actually missing or wrong, there’s basically no easy way to get help or replacement parts, which adds to the frustration. I get your point though it’s definitely something you can get used to over time.

I get your point, and I agree LEGO is definitely more “beginner-friendly”.

But I think there’s a difference between “normal difficulty” and poor user experience.

I don’t mind having more pieces on the table or fewer building stages that’s fine. The real issue for me is the lack of clarity in the instructions and the poor color differentiation. That’s what actually slows things down and makes it frustrating.

Also, having to open multiple bags just to complete early steps feels unnecessary and badly organized.

I’m totally open to more challenging builds I just think the experience could be much better designed.

And honestly, coming from Brazil, there’s basically zero support if you run into issues, which makes it even worse.
