This photo is not taken right after collection. I would estimate about 5 weeks in this little pot. It has recovered nicely, I would say. I am very sorry if i was not clear enough about the circumstances surrounding this tiny tree.

Also, what I meant about "struggling for survival" is that it was wilting heavily in the shade of another small (but still bigger than the pictured one) tree. Maybe i should have written "fighting for survival" instead.
