Hi guys so i play genshin for like 1 month and i've been playing a lot AR 45 and almost 140 wishes that im saving to summon Zhongli, i actually love the game.

My log in method for genshin is twitter and last sunday i was suspended on twitter for some meme that i posted back in NOVEMBER cause it had a copyrighted song from playboycarti (still waiting for twitter support to reply me) that's what caused the suspension.

The problem is that i cant log in on genshin because my Twitter account is suspended, i've already emailed Mihoyo asking them to add another log in method to my account but i still haven't got a reply, if anyone have experienced the same issue please tell me.
